Start your day with this nutrient-packed smoothie. Combine the following in a blender:


1/4 c. Whole Milk Yogurt
1/4 c. Coconut Milk
2 Tbs. Chia Seeds
Spoonful of Raw Coconut Oil
Spoonful of Local Raw Honey
1/2 Cup of Ice
Any 1-2 cup combination of (we love doing them all!):
– Raspberries
– Blackberries
– Strawberries
– Blueberries
– Black Raspberries
