    For those who cannot make an arrangement for raw milk, some grass fed dairies have returned to vat pasteurization… the old style which does not raise the temp quickly or as high. They also don’t homogenize the milk. Would Sally talk about that as an alternative to raw… for those who cannot make an arrangement with a farmer.
